Alright I have gotten Edwin to use the Nether Scroll and turn himself into a woman, how am I supposed to turn him back? I admit it is ammusing but still...

Keep playing, eventually, there will be a mage approaching you and ask you for Edwin, you will encounter this mage twice, and in the second time the mage will change Edwin back before he attacks. The whole thing took about a couple of game time weeks to occur for me.
