I finished the trademeet druid problem and now these 2 families (forget the name) need a service from me. Which is the better family to work for? the girl or the guy?

Talk to the mayor. He'll give you a different option. http://www.tgeweb.com/cgi-bin/ubb/no...ievalsmile.gif

And that is the best one, as well.

The guy in the mayor house doesn't give me anything (asuming you were talking about him when you said the mayor) He only gave me gold for saving the town.

After the two families speak to you, go talk to him again. He'll make another offer.
S P O I L E R He will ask youto bring the artifact to HIM (the mayor) to keep the two families from fighting. Not as much exp, or reward, but you keep war from erupting. http://www.tgeweb.com/cgi-bin/ubb/no...miles/hihi.gif ------------------ http://publish.hometown.aol.com/tobb...s/rudedawg.jpg http://www.phpshop.net/images/bg2guy/cov09.jpg The RudeDawg Known in these Forgotten Realms as Perin LightEyes and my girlfriends, Pamila and Pfil |
Actually, it's a matter of opinion.
S P O I L E R Giving the mantle to the mayor is the "good" thing to do, and nets you a little gold and +1 to your rep. On the other hand, giving it to one of the families (it doesn't matter which) results in both sides attacking each other with you in the middle. After the dust clears, you'll find a suit of Elfin Chain on one of the bodies, which can be worn by a multi- or dual classed mage and still allow him to cast spells. |
When you side with a family it gives you more exp? or does it just not give you a rep point?
