TWO WAYS:
1) Goto the Northwest of Brynlaw's Pirate HQ. Say you are mad and get in automaticaly.
2) Goto NE and kill the Cowled Wizard for the wardstone.
P.S. you can do both!

NOTE:
Before the above you have to go to the Inn and speak to a mage in green robes. He'll get killed before telling you how to get in. Go the Galvena Hall, pay the coutesan outside. Inside, rescue the mage's girlfriend by killing the Head. The girl will tell you how to get in (ie above 1)+2))
