Where is Edwin? I've never been able to find him, and is there any way to get Montaron and Xzar reunited?

You have to hack Mongteron if you want him. I don't know why you would though.........he wasn't very good.

Edwin is in the Docks area, in the house of the Thieves rivals of the Thieves Guild, on one of the upper floors (I don't remember the names, it has been a long time).

In order to get Edwin, you will need to accept Renal Bloodscape's quest to infiltrate Mae'Var's Guildhall, you will first need to do a quest for Mae'Var (steal something from a temple...), who will then assign you to Edwin. Once you complete 2 quests for Edwin, you will get a final quest to do for Mae'Var, then go talk to Edwin again and he will prompt you to add him into the group. If you do not accept Edwin initially, he will be waiting near the stairs in the Copper Coronet.

I prefer a party of good and neutral characters, can I give Edwin a Belt Of Opposite alignment or another alignment changing thing that mages can wear without ruining the storyline?

I'm pretty sure you can, but you will have to create such belt in the first place. Once I had Viconia equiped with Helm of Opposite Alignment and she was fine with a 20 rep (but the drawback is that I did not get any love talk. probably due to the rep though). http://www.tgeweb.com/cgi-bin/ubb/no...les/tongue.gif
