HOW CAN I START A VINCEONA ROMANCE, IM ON CHAP 3, IM EVIL AND REP IS 1 THANX

I believe you must also be human, elf, or half-elven (and male). If so, she will start the romance when enough game time has passed. Just reply when she talks to you and don't be overly rude. But Viconia doen't like weak men either...

Alignment and reputation don't matter; she fell in love with my Cavalier (or started the romance, at least).

Is it just me, or is Viconia the most kick ass female in the whole game? I mean Jaheira's cool, but she was like...MARRIED. And to me is getting over her mourning a little too quick. for the romance cheat, what do u do once u unzip it? how do u put in in ur override folder? all it does is gives me a list of programs to open it with and bg2 isnt there. help please thanx

I think that there is a file in your bg2 folder that is named override. You just copy and paste the files there.
