I went back into the Underdark hoping the Silver Dragon would give me a little blood, and can't find my way out. Is there a way w/out her to help you?

If you mean a way to get out without the help of the Silver Dragon, yes to the complete left of the map.

The Underdark exit leads from the left side of the Kuo Toa dungeon map, meaning you have to go into the Kuo Tao dungeon first if you are still in the general area of Underdark.
