How do you get there?

Is there some quest involving this territory or is it just: go there?

Ok, the Planar Sphere is a quest initiated by the mage at the council that wants you to get Valyghar(hate that name) and bring him. Youcan if you like help Valyghar instead and do the quest with him. The Planar Sphere is yours to keep if you play a wizard and also if you play dual class wizard.

You need Valygar to open the door to the Sphere. Valygar is located in the upper left hand corner of Umar Hills.

If you´re a wizard be sure to take the quest, i think its the second best stronghold. (after the bard stronghold)
