Does anyone know what this EXACTLY does, I know it enhances the luck of your party, but what are the exact figures (tables, level progression etc..)

I have a skald and as she gets to higher levels the bard song gets better. If I remember correctly, it enhances your party's THACO among other things. I seem to recall that at higher levels a +4 (?) AC is added too.
