Any ideas about that first genie you see... is he like omnipotent i mean he seemed to be in control of everything like an overseer by the way he talked, and i mean seriously irenicus already bound one genie was this one any better or was he somekind of god or something...

I think this djinni is just an observer who decides to interven helpoing his fellow djinni without directly confronting irenicus's plans. He seems to have watched you from the astral plane for awhile but he doesnt seem overly powerful

All he does really is cast monster summoning 3 and watchs you with minor divination spells. That genie in the circus tent however.........

The Circus Tent Genie wasn't real. It was an illusion brought on by the Gnomish Matrix!!! There is no Spoo-errr-Genie!!!
