my next party will be: a jedi, a lawyer (i'll create the kit), Tessa my CG assasin lvl 11 dueled to mage lvl 8 and HE'shash my barbarian hunter. so what do you think?

he has sue wich removes some of the oppenents gold. and imprisonment. he'll also have others summon friends which summons demons from hell (all lawyers are demonic by nature).he also has the possibility for 21 intellegence but has only 14 carisma. and a few other things like that. what do ya think?

Cool, can they have spell casting abilities? Or are they more of a melee fighter? How about innate ability of Power Word Fear or Dire Charm?

"only" 14 charisma?????? That's pretty high you know. Low CHR is anything between 3-8

No you have got it reversed. Lawyers ARE slime and they have the ability to turn in to a human.
