I have a question on soloing.

If you played a mage in BG1 with a party, then imported him to BG2 without a party, would it be considered soloing?

if you play through BGII without party, then of course it is soloing

SOLOING - the act of finishing a game without use of a party.

Not everyone who wants to play a solo game will go back and play BG1 just to get started.
