The door in the temple of Lolth that is protected from Lolth herself, can you ever open that?

And, is it possible to return to the underdark after you have left it? I ask this incase I choose to return to kill the silver dragon (Adalon... sp?) since I'm not sure whether I'm going to.

yes u can open that door i think the one your talking about is where the demon summoning takes place when u have done the quests for the matron mother.
and yes u can return to the underdark but if andalon is helping u to the surface than she leaves to punish the drow that stole her eggs and does not return to her lair if u return to the underdark
