Lilarcor +3, the sword with an inbuilt personality, can be found in the Sewers below the Slums district of Athkatla. There is a secret door in the Copper Coronet leading down into the sewers, halfway along the ground floor main corridor of the Coronet. However, there's a riddle one must solve before finding it.

Is in the sewer pipes under the copper coronet go thru the secret door(I beleive it a seret door to the left) in the hallway that leads the slaves cells.
