PLEASE help, I can't load any of my saved games..I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, I can start a new game but can't get to my old ones..the finger of fate sticks on Load...I have checked my machine, Pentium II,350 and no problem, when I try to load the game, it seems to stick, like a broken record. but I can use other cds, I am really stuck, any suggestions..if they include the Patch, please be specific as I am not that savvy...I am losing my mind...and Boo will miss me..Thanks for any help, again...soon.

the same thing happerned to me a while back all tou've got to do is take some of your saves out of the save folder and put them somewhere else for storage. this should work. by the way how many saves have you got? i had sixty before it froze on me.

Thanks for the suggestion about saved games, I haven't counted but I have a lot...Now for the Big questions, how do I find and delete some of my saved games if I can't load...How do I get to those files...I told you I am not that savvy..so any help appreciated..again thanks

HM. Can you not even get the screen with the saved games on it? If you can, there is a delete option at the side of each save-game thumbnail.
If not - don't really know, but maybe go to Windows Start button, go to Search, and write in Baldurs Gate, or Black Isle, then look see if you can find the save-games in the listing...??? http://www.tgeweb.com/cgi-bin/ubb/no...les/ponder.gif

No... forget that. Just tried it. http://www.tgeweb.com/cgi-bin/ubb/no...iles/frown.gif

click on "my computer" then "c drive" then "program files" then "black isle" then "bgII-soa" then "save" OR "mpsave" depending on if your game is a single player or a multi. You'll find all your game saves here.

I dont have but 5 saves and I have gone through the game 3 times. I have 3 final saves, a quicksave, and a autosave. Why do you feel the need to have so much saves? you got a bad memory?
