In the first dungeon in teh game, you pick up 2 quests. 1 is to retreive a flask for a Genie, and the other is to get some acorns for the Dryds. I can't seem to get any further than that. I can't find either of these items. Can anyone help ?

Spoiler....The thing is, I killed the Dwarfs and searched the bodies....but no acorns !

just past the library but before

and also before the room where that thing that is trapped by that crazzzy
machine. The Dryad's are just before Jon Irenicus bedroom and after that room
to the north of where that Oytugh thingie is and the portal.

The acorns are definately on the duergar. You have to talk to the dryads AFTER getting the acorns, and they will give you the genie's flask.

The acorns on are the table where you killed the group of duergar. When you give tham to the dryads, they give you the flask.

I dont remember running into a genie anywhere around the acorn place in the dungeon.... I did find the acorns and go to the dryads and they said to take it to some fairy queen for them.... the only genie I met was when I first got the team rescued and went into a room with a big crystal flower, at least I think he was a genie.... where is the genie and is getting his flask important??

no that is a different genie when u do the task he sets u he will tell you of the other genie. u need to get the air elemental statue from irenicus's bedroom near the portal. then open the door near the cambion chamber with it then kill a couple of mephits and u should find the genie and he will explain what u have to do next
