This could be a possible spoiler for those of you who haven't passed chapter 3.
When I entered spellhold and got the slayer inate skill, I lost all of my other inate skills (i.e. cure light wounds and larloch's minor drain, call upon holy might)... is that supposed to happen? Are you supposed to lose them like that? |
the same thing happerned to me exept i didn't loose barbarian rage from my character i put it down to createing my own kit but now it seems like an in game thing.

Yes it's supposed to happen,

It should happen
If you are a kityou dont lose it special like poison weapon, kai, or rage |
Yes it is.
Poss. Spoiler. - - - - - I think you get the slayer when you kill Bhaal in a dream sequence. He takes your Bhaal child powers away as a result of this. This is the impression I got from the while thing, however I might be wrong. Anyone? |
Yup, and it sucks...
I loved my inate abilities, I used them to GOD-UP my character before battles... The Slayer form "corrupts" your character, and makes you lose the abilities... ------------------ http://publish.hometown.aol.com/tobb...s/rudedawg.jpg http://www.phpshop.net/images/bg2guy/cov09.jpg The RudeDawg Known in these Forgotten Realms as Perin LightEyes and my girlfriends, Pamila and Phil |
The trade off sucks for good players since it decreases your reputation each time you use it.
