With an experience cap remover..............depends how much you play (and how much you hack) but i guess one hell of a lot

I got 181 with a half-orc level 19 kensai with 19 constitution and a pale green loun stone (+10% HP). Bersekers and barbarians can add 15 HP for their enraging capability, so I suppose you could get 196 max.

After level 19, you get +3 HP per level.

Con 18 (+4 HP per lvl up to 9)
12 pts per level
.
108+36+(31*3) for lvl 40 limit = 144+93 = 237 HP
lvl 50 cap = 237+30 = 267 HP

Probably wrong again but....don't fighter types receive only 3 points per lvl after lvl 9?
