I've just gone through the game a second time and I was looking through the long list of items I've collected and found some heads...

Head of Neb
Wyrven Head

Now are these just for kicks or was there something I was supposed to do with em?

Nebs head you take to the captain of the gaurd at the back of the council building and he gives you a reward, experience and +1 reputation.
The wyvern head you can sell.
