You can buy one from the salesperson living in the top floor in Gaelan Bayle's house in the Slums, and I think - but don't quote me - the Adventurer's Mart has one.

There's a market niche there, I think. The Bag Shop. I think I'll open one in Tethyr. Gee, perhaps you'll see me in ToB!

There is one in the shadow thieves guild house (i think). The girl just in front of the main door sells it.

The adventurer's mart had one (aswell as a scroll case), I thought. Handy for when you got out of the first dungeon.
