I know hes in the bridge district, and ive fought an elemental lich and recieved the golden torso, but where do i find kangaxx himself?

>Kangaxx himself is in the cellar of the house directly east of the Sea's Bounty Tavern in the Docks District (not the Bridge).
One of his body parts can be found in the cellar of a house in the southeast corner of the Bridge District, the other part is in the Unseeing Eye area of the Sewers, accessible through the Temple District.

o ok, ummm. can i get to the unseeing eye area? ive already knocked off the unseeing eye.. and i cant get to the area i think u are talking about

I think the area is always accessible. Enter the Sewers in the Temple District, and there is an exit in the northwest corner of the Sewers labeled 'To the Old Sewers (or Tunnels or something similar)'. Go through there, and the tomb of the Lich guarding Kangaxx' body part is near where you found that blind ex-Unseeing-Eye-priest when you did the quest.
