Does anyone know where/how to get samia's key or the key to the temple loceted in the sewers in the temple district?

I believe it is in the posession on Tazok in the Domain of the Dragonh

Well, Samia's key is with Samia.....you should run into her in the Windspear Hill Dungeon. As for the sewer key, your good freind Tazok also has it and it is located in the captive area of the Windspear Hill Dungeon. If you have somehow misplace the two keys, you can either use CreateItem code or the Shadowkeeper to bring them back into inventory.
