Question:
If my paladin is "neutral evil", is he a "fallen paladin"? His popular is 12., He has no "Draw Upon HOly Might, Lay On Hand, but Vampiric Touch, ...
If he is, is there anyway to get him back to full paladin status?

I got my paladin to neutral evil after done the 5 tear of bhaal quest in evil path, and then import him right after that.

I think once you have fallen with either a paladin or a ranger you can't come back. For some reason though, I think that expansion might help with this. Could anybody back me up or correct me?

Start a new game with this character and see what happens. I've heard if you do the paladin stronghold quests you will regain your "paladin" hood.
