How do you beat Kangaxx the second time?
I have nullified his imprisonment spell, but no weapon will do any damage

You need +4 or better weapon to hurt the demi-lich. Weapons such as Crom Faeyr, Warblade, Holy Avenger, Wave, improved version of the Mace of Disruption, Daystar ... etc will do the trick. Also, the stones created by the mage spell Melf's Minute Meteors is count as +5 weapon.

How did you nullify the imprisonment spell?

- use a berserker and enrage him/her, enrage makes the berserker immune to effects of imprisonment
- Spell Immunity, and pick the school Adjuration, this is the school that imprisonment is in
- Cast Protection from Undead after Kangaxx turn demi lich, and he won't notice you as you hack away

You need illithium, which is obtained by doing the Sir Sarles quest from the Temple of Helm. Then go and see Cromwell.

Protection from Magic also works against imprisonment.

The Cloak of Stars can generate 6 plus-5 darts that can hit the monster. I'm yet to get him to die with just the darts alone! You'll need some extra weapons/magic but these can really dent his spellcasting whilst they last.
