What do you mean? Did you do the first two paladin stronghold quest already? The third one should be protecting some spoiled child from slaver in Dock District, if that's what you meant. The house is to the right of the Temple of Ilmater.

yes, and you need to kill the guy, But, he has to tell you first that he is a fake.

You don't have to kill him, there is a 50/50 chance that he is fake, so cast "detect evil" and see. And this is near the end of the quest after an assault by assassins. There should be one assassin spawn near the stair during the encounter in the house, let him go to 2nd floor and make sure you kill him on 2nd floor, otherwise some games will not continue with this quest since there seems to be a bug associated with it.
