I need help from one of the many PC masters, I'm a MAC man and don't know how to solve a PC problem. While sraping with our favorite demi-lich, I'm getting the your character has been killed message. My character portrait is still there , he has taken no dammage and after the character portait windows disapear my character is still standing and wailing on the demi-lich. This has happened serveral times the last time only Ja-hotty was killed.
As I said I'm a MAC man so be very gentle on fixing instructions I don't understand these evil windows PCs. If this is not a glitch Please no spoilers, just tell me I' out of my scenile mind.

I think you are hit with imprisonment and somehow the FMV dying sequence (the hand thing) did not show up........

Yeah its probebly because you where imprisoned and put low graphics so it did not show the animation of you being imprisoned.

Just reload and replay that part, and try not to get kill.

Don't mess with the Lich

I'm a pause king I like to check out the messages at the bottom and I have not seen an imprisonment message. In Fact lich does not even get any spells off.
Below is the strategy I'm using, imprisonment graphics have worked in other parts of game.

I'm using two clerics loaded for bear with flase dawns, and sunrays.
Minsc has helm of brightness one extra sunray, my character has neat under killing lonsword (I forgot the Name) and one extra sunray Lich gets toasted quickly. Demi-lich gets toasted quickly too.

As I recall......the game won't show the spell nor the effect of the spell imprisonment by the demi-lich on the game info box. Once you are hit, "bye bye".
I usually tackle him with my berserker/mage, who goes enraged when he turned demi and the rest of my party just sit back and enjoyed the show. While my Crom Faeyr hammers away with Melf's Minute Meteors.
