Whew I finally finished the game for the first time, (awsome by the way) , and now i thought ide solo a character, but i have one big problem.

If your not a thief what are you supposed to do about traps?
Can the other classes disarm them?

traps are no big deal, most of them can get by with a mirror image or stone skin

Clerics have "Find Traps" spell and can avoid most of them. Monks can also detect traps. Why not go dual- or multi-class thief?

so the traps implimented to get major items out of some chest and such you just have to suck up and take like a man?

Yea depends what race you are,or you can just make a dual of a warrior and a thief or something like that.

you can always reload if you get killed by a trap.

I soloed with a Dual classed mage/thief. Worked fairly well.
