Where do I find this staff of fire?

I've got the Staff of Air and the Staff of Earth, but I'm in Ch. 6 and still don't have the Staff of Fire. Help!

try in the mages ball, i mean the planer sphere when you gwet down into the engine rooms their are two paths to the engine. ONe hot AnD tHe other cold look in the hot one, there a compartment on the big thing in the middle.
