ok I guess you have taken the Seamon way out of the asylum... there is some houses on the map that is markt... and one of the western houses that are markt is the one you will find the horn... If i remember it right

i know wich house its in but you've got to do something before it appears there

it's in the house marked Cayla's house, only I am not sure about the name.....just find the house with a woman's name....
She is the lover of the pirate captain, you have to go there at night and the horn will be on the table

House on the second level on the far left of the village map. BUT you need to go in the house sometime during the night... before early morning or the characters you're supposed to get it from won't be there.

I think I'm forgetting something... maybe you have to do it within 1 day of getting the quest from Saemon?? Don't quote me on that, I'm not sure.
