Does anyone else think that the sequils should be done the same but as add-ons so that is was more of an on going story and you were able to go back to Baldur's gate cos i thing Baldur's gate is better than The main city of SOA.

No, not realy as I would rather start off a fresh game, althought I do see what your saying, but it could never happen for several reasons

1 - Interplay would have to sell an expansion cheaper than a full game, so they get less money which they would not like.

2 - You would be forced to buy the first game in order to play the sequal, which many would not like.

3 - to bring on new graphics engines they have to make a new game, you can't just stick a new one on to an old game.

4 - people would probably get bored with it more quickly, i.e having to play back through the original when the expansion came out, asumeing they didn't not save there old save games.
