gamebashee has both. IIRC, the url is www.gamebanshee.com. i dotn use the site myself, so i cant tell you how to navigate there.

for ToB theres a very simple way of finding out - keep hold of everything unusual that seems to have no use, and run through cespenars list evry so often. he wont mention if you have the ingrediant for upgrade, but will tell you if you have the weapon. most of the upgrades you will run across w/o any special searching, if your reasonabley thorough about searching corpses and so on.and to be honest you can equip your average party to the max with only a fraction of the weapons available.
