I'm trying to find Haz in the Thieves Guild in the room marked on the walkthrough. I understand that I need Haz to open the locked doors in the Crypts. Probably I have totally misunderstood something or even everything but know from previous experience that you are very kind.

I think you are referring to the mage that has a golem that will help open that big unmovable door, right? He will be at the door, waiting on you. And they even get involved in the battle, so don't accidently hit them.

Thanks - very prompt as usual. The only problem is, I killed everyone around the door which probably included Haz! Oh well, I expect there's life after Haz!!
