When I install Baldurs gate 2 and try to play it. The game crashes in a message saying [abnormal program termination(runtime error)in microsoft visual c++ runtime libary] and throws me back to desktop. I tried downloading the patch from interplay. And it still happens. I have win-98 and ati-98 video card.

huh, that is wired, try lower your graphic setting, and turn off your sound in config... http://www.tgeweb.com/ironworks/cgi-...iles/smile.gif i am not xpert, but I think a reinstall would fix it, unless you already done that a hundred times
