It is part of the Kangaxx, the demi lich quest. You will need the golden arms and legs to assemble Kangaxx.

Good luck.

.er... what is that about, then? Do I get a quest from someone? I now know where sarcophagus locations are, and I expect I will find the rest in due course.... but I would like to know where to get the quest..... oh... and is it a 'good' team or 'evil' team quest? My lot are goodies. Thanks!

You can get all the body parts without having the quest assigned to you. Alignment is not a factor of this quest, if you really want it to be on your journal, then go down to the dock and into the house to the left of Mae'Var's guild hall. Watch out, it is trapped. Just go down into the cellar, click on the sarcophagus and talk to the golden head.
