I found the bloke buried alive. Talked to the Grave Yard guy. Went to the Bridge District. Talked to the guy in Red. Followed him in to the building. He died. Followed the guy that killed him. 1 attacked the other walked off the edge of the map what now ?

go back to the building where he got killed, then go upstairs.

That's it. If the guy escaped you, he's escaped. You only get one opportunity for him (I had people waiting outside before one of my characters entered the building)
