I somehow got sidetracked doing this quest. I originally came to the Temple District to steal something from the weathermistress and wound up underground doing some crazy quest for this unseeing eye cult. I was supposed to get some information and was asked to find this rod. OK, after much fighting and wandering around, I finally found the two pieces of the rod, which melded together. Now, what do I do with it? Seems like I could go give it back to the cult leader or return it to the ancient temple underground where I am so the rod could be destroyed. Which option is best?
