I gotta find a thiev called Travis in the slums at night and I have looked through the area several times but couldn't find him... I'm doing the another mission something quest... it's the one you get when you have done the quests for temple of helm

You will find him near the North exit of the Slums.
Make sure it is really night(check the game clock) and not short before.

depends on the size of the pen? Anyway, the bloke is on the north end. He may be partially concealed by the buildings he stands against
