I just got this nifty little doo-dad. According to traditional AD&D rules, a gnomish illusionist can control the effects a WoW (wand of wonder) will put out. Is this the case in BG2?

No it isnt.... but it is the most Valuable item in the game :D (u can sell it 4 the most)
