Is it possible to make all the characters in a party yourself?!?
Can someone tell me how?

Yes, you can. You start off by creating a multi-player game and create all the PCs you want to play with. You can later copy the saved game from the MPSAVE folder to the SAVE folder so you can access the game in single player. Just make sure you follow the correct file/folder/directory naming parameters.
