What the hell do you do with the mirthrial Tokens you find in the asylum?, I have heard there is a machine you use them in but i have never been able to loacte it.

You need to go left (north) when you first enter the main area which contains the rooms where the tokens are later found, fight a room of nasties, pick a drawing that opens the right door, fight some more Wolfweres and Umberhulks and then you'll end up finding a machine, where, depending on the amount of tokens you put in, a little reward pops out.
