I really want to kill the Lich in the city Gates, but I keep getting my butt kicked. My group is fighter heavy, and Nalia's my only good magic user. Any help will be appreciatted.

here's a cheap way go in then the lich cast protection spells
leave and go to sleep. when u wake up the protection spells would be gone and hack and slash>

Send in a hasted thief(AI off).
Get the 'Daystar'from the chest and leave.(the Lich will still be in mid cast).
Come back 5 mins later and send in a hasted fighter with the Daystar and Coo! Quick as ye blink, you'll have one dead Lich,-Which is better than the tellin my friend!

You can buy a protection from magic scroll from the Adventurers mart. TJust use that on your main character and the Lich won't be able to harm him.

actually the scroll of "protection from undead" would be nice also since the lich is undead and with this protection you would be able to hack and slash while the lich just stands there like an idiot...

don't waste the protection from on dead on this little grumpy Lich, Save them for a more Important fight which one? I won't tell cause it would be a Spoil

With any lich, get a few whacks in then leg it (down stairs, out exit, etc). After a cup of tea/coffee, go back in and his spell protections will have expired - boo hoo! works for wizards too
