i've been thinking alot about what is a good wizard killer, and here it is:
Wizard Slayer dualed to druid(don't know at what level though)
the wizard slayer has his regular magic dis, while if he's facing more then one wizard he can use swarms as dissruptors. equipt him with a tuigen bow(or whatever the name is), give him arrows of biting and dispelling, maybe piercing to...hey wait, druids can't use bows can they? SHIT! well use a nother weapon then. The weapon isn't that important...i think everyone gets my point

no best combo is wizard slayer/mage then you will have power word silence , and many other spells to protect against nasty wizards, but you would become the object of your hate and fears and your PC would have to commit suicide or live as a metaphorical thingy and have a crisis every day. OH the tragic irony of it all.

Truly an identity crisis. Like a Paladin/Assasin would be (if possible).

Seriously though, A Wizard Slayer / Mage would likely beat even a kensai/mage. I think I would know, I have played with both.

nothing beats a plain berserker.

power word silence does nothing since mages can vocalize. and druid's creeping doom is THE best spell disrupter. only one spell can counter act it, and that is spell immunity. a berserker/druid is the best choice
