I'm on a quest for the Temple of lathander, looking for the Dawn Ring. I'm supposed to find Travin in the slums at night. I've looked everywhere, but can't find him anywhere. Please Help...

Go to the slum´s north-eastern entrance, and you will find this guy. He is a thief looking guy dressed in dark colors, you cant miss him.
