Nope those where just random funny lines you get talking with people in the city.

with Arie I got:

Man: Say din't I see you near Baldur's gate?
Arie: yes...
Man: din't you have wins back then?
Arie: Yes but I lost them sorry I don't wish to talk about this anymore...

Also:
many caracter have interaction with town people some are quite funny!
But The Shadow thieves Lie they Knew Bohdi back In Bg1 because the Name Bohdi is one of the Option password the Shadow thives ask in Bg1

Nope, the ones that I have mentioned are all in the game, sometimes you get some what funny conversation when using specific NPCs talking to peasants or nobles. Like a couple of noble man in government district will ask if Aerie wants to be their mistress, a child in Dock will ask what Viconia is and Viconia will be "surprise" that the little girl don't know what a drow is and tell the little girl that she is really a nymph fell down a dirty chimly ... etc. All of these conversations are in the game already, you don't have to edit the scripts or do anything. well, it's not realy a spoiler now is it... anyone can talk with a townperson at anytime for a chance to have a quirky line.

There's also an inn in the Promenade where a drunk soldier suggest he should have fun with Jaheira or arrest her. She also flips when a Madam offers your main character "services"
