When I played through with a monk, i got nalia's keep as stronghold, but does anyone know if there are others you can get as a monk? btw, the only side stuff i did was umar, windspear, and tanner quests before going to chap 4 and finishing the game, and he got up to lvl 18, and with the gauntlets of crushing and the giant girdle, he was doing an average damage of 22-28, but when i had him hide and get'em from the back, one time he did 56pts of damage, and it wasn't even the quivering palm- he rocked! - and rolled, with that attack multiplier/round

No, each class only has ONE specific stronghold assigned, the monk is assigned to the fighter stronghold. There seems to be a glitch in the game that allow you to get two strongholds for fighter/mage or fighter/thief provided you have done the quest in appropriate order.
