ok this may soud rather stupid, but how do i change the portraits for my npc's? when i goto customize, the appearance tab is shaded, and i cant click on it. i can script them, but no appearance. can someone help a dimwitted chicken? http://www.tgeweb.com/ironworks/cgi-...miles/wink.gif

If you are trying to do this after the game starts I think it's impossible without editing your characters outside the game.

I'm afaid you can only change your own, you might be able to do it by hacking the code/file whatever but I have know ideal how.

Yes. You can only change your own potrait through the Personal Information page and then Customize. BTW this is also where you can change combat scripts for all of the characters in your party.

However, if you download Shadowkeeper, you can change any character portrait in the game. Look for it at the Ironworks or TeamBG.
