OK I've got Nalia in my party and the strong hold is show on my map but I can access it http://www.tgeweb.com/ironworks/cgi-...iles/frown.gif It is greyed out and I can't seem to get it to open up. Nalia is getting stressed as well.

Am i missing something? is there something else to be done prior to this quest starting?

I think you are still in Athkatla no ??
You have to go first to the City Gates and from there you can exit the city

Exit the city via the City Gate (District). The exit is Northeast of the map.

I have exited the city gates but the only place I can go is Trademeet even though both the Nalia's hold and the Cloud hills are on the map. They both remain greyed out?????

Try this:
Go to Trademeet, and then exit at the far West section of the Trademeet map.

Btw, Cloud Hills? Or Windspear Hills?
If the Windspear Hills area is still grayed out, go to Trademeet or Nalia's Keep and exit via the far East section of the map.

That sounds very odd, never herd of a problem like this before. If you have Nalia in your party and you accepted her quest and you exited though the city gates then I can see no reason why you shouldn't be able to access the D'arnise keep.

Tried checking quest log and it shows the quest OK.

Have you gone to Trademeet and exit on the left side of the Trademeet map? Nalia's hold should be assessible. And if you exit by the right side of the Trademeet map, Windspear Hill should be assessible. This happened to me (only Nalia's Keep) once.
