No, no NPC will make it out if they are not in your party. Only Imoen will be able to make it out back to Copper Coronet if you ask her to meet you there, the rest of NPCs are stuck for good.

Well that kind of sucks. SO basically, I killed Nalia.... For Imoen. What if I left her outside in desert? They won't let me back in the keep after I jailed there boss.

Assuming you are a fighter and the keep is your stronghold, in theory the keep is yours, so there are not restricted access.
