Bodhi's heart is only needed if you lost your 'lover' to vampirism. You need both their, and Bodhi's hearts to restore the lost character.
If you were not following a romance story, or do not want to raise them, just think of Bodhi's heart as a nice trophy, get it mounted and stick it on the wall http://www.tgeweb.com/ironworks/cgi-...es/biggrin.gif

But yes, it is part of the quest to restore your lover back to life if you have a romance in the game. Only applies to romanaces that have gone a long (and I mean long) way, for sure the quest will trigger if you have finished the romance as "CharacterName"RomanceActive = 2.
