Has anyone ever done the quest to rescue Tiax from the Harpers ? I take it that this is an evil quest ?

if so, it's not alignment dependent - Xzar will appear once you have delivered a poisoned guy to the bloke outside the Harper Hold (a random event of the 'you have been waylaid by enemies...' variety). I'd advise any alignment pary to do the quest and see what happens. It's an interesting little plot...

Anyway, you should take this quest. You wont gain too much xp i think (i cant remember) but it isnt an evil quest. Just do it, it has an amazing end.

It is a long winding quest but eventually leads to "interesting" turn of events, highly recommended if you are in the start of the game.
