When I try to use Yoshi's traps, 3/4 of the time the trap fails and hurts him instead! I click on his special ability and then click on the floor where I want the trap/snare. What am I doing wrong? What is the difference between a trap and a snare, both seem to blow up and damage the enamy?

your doing it right,just becareful where you walk and look and see if you have any points in the ability,just like lock-picking you have to put points into it to make it work effectivly,just a thought though.and they both do damage one just does more damage and contains the victim

Hellfire is correct, make sure your ability points are up. I was having your problem earlier, now that i put 60% of my point each time I rarely get zapped by my own trap. It will happen 1 out of 15 or 16 times.

Special snares have special effects upon the enemy as Yoshi advances in level. Check the Bounty Hunter description for more details.

Your Set Traps percentage will determine how successful you are at setting traps.
